Our consultants have worked in legal firms of varying size with implementations of varying complexity making us able to adjust to any law firm's working practices.

Carol Cuthbert

Carol Cuthbert is the founding director of Kestrel and has been involved in legal implementations and consulting since 1996.

Carol has been involved in the Ashursts (CMS) implementation as Project Manager and at Clifford Chance (Keystone/Oracle) as the global training manager and UAT testing manager for their international rollout.

Carol has trained and implemented systems in the UK, Japan, Germany, South Africa, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.

Carol has a BA (Hons) as well as an advanced certificate in Information Systems Management, an MBA and is working towards her PHD.

Kevin Henriques

Over 20+ years' experience in the Legal industry as a developer/trainer working for various law firms mainly based in the UK. Full working knowledge of Aderant modules and capabilities and limitations. Worked on different operating systems and applications implementations and upgrades including a number of CMSOPEN/Aderant upgrades.

Experienced in various other software packages including all Microsoft Office products to Office 2016. Programming development including using Visual Basic, BasicScript, Docudraft, Iron Python and C Sharp for various firms. Development of workflows using Intapp Open, Flow and Integration Builder. Development of Client Matter inception, Billing, Payments workflows using Aderant Expert. Excellent Communication skills. Knowledge of VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules for England and Wales. Used to a constant high degree of pressure, responsibility and working using own initiative.
